Srinagar (NVI): The Jammu and Kashmir police yesterday arrested four Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorists involved in terror crimes including the June attack on an army convoy.
According to police, these arrested terrorists played an active part in conspiring and executing the terror attack on the army convoy.
In June, two soldiers were martyred and seven personnel and two civilians injured when terrorists triggered IED fitted in a vehicle near an army patrol in Arihal area of Pulwama district of South Kashmir.
The Kashmir Zone Police tweeted, “#Pulwama #Police arrested 04 #terrorist #associates involved in #terror #crime case FIR No 155/2019 pertaining to blast in #Arihal area of Pulwama. Investigation reveals that they are linked to #JeM & played active part in conspiring & executing this terror attack”.
