New Delhi (NVI): Around 555 Sikh devotees will travel from Delhi to Pakistan in April to celebrate Baisakhi at Gurdwara Panja Sahib located in Hasan Abdal area, according to the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee.
DSGMC President Manjinder Singh Sirsa said Sikh devotees from New Delhi will travel to Pakistan via Attari border on April 11, 2020 and will return on April 21,2020.
Those interested in undertaking the pilgrimage have been asked by the DSGMC to deposit their passports with the Committee by Feb 15,2020.
Sirsa said both Sikhs and Sahajdhari Sikhs living here and having valid identity proof like Aadhaar Card and PAN card and passport with at least one year validity can deposit their duly-filled applications at DSGMC office, situated in Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib Complex here.
Each pilgrim is required to pay visa processing fee of Rs 200.
“This year, a quota of 3000 pilgrims has been allocated from Indian side, of which state wise quota has been fixed,” Sirsa said.
