New Delhi (NVI): China has dispatched 6,50,000 coronavirus medical kits to India today to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic by quickly identifying and isolating the coronavirus patients, Indian Ambassador to Beijing Vikram Misri confirmed.
“A total of 650,000 kits, including Rapid Antibody Tests and RNA Extraction Kits have been despatched early today from Guangzhou Airport to India,” the Indian Ambassador tweeted.

Amid the pandemic situation in the country, the Government is trying to maintain a healthy stock of Covid-19 medical kits, and equipment.
China, which was the origin of the pandemic, is now supplying medical goods to several countries. It has recently supplied ventilators the United States. Besides, the country is also supplying PPE equipment.
Meanwhile, India has also been exporting the hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) drug to some countries in the world, badly affected by coronavirus. India is the biggest manufacturer of the anti-malarial drug, seen as helpful in treating Covid-19 patients.
The total number of coronavirus patients in India have crossed the 12000-mark, with a total of 12,380 cases so far. 414 people have died of the disease, as per te latest data.
