8 Pakistani Army men, 2 cops killed in multiple attacks in Pakistan: TTP

Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) today said it killed over 8 Pakistani Army personnel and 2 policemen in multiple attacks in various areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan in the last one week.

This morning, Mujahideen of TTP shot and killed a police constable Raza Ali Khan at Chakdadan in Meerakhel area of Bannu Division, its spokesman Muhammad Khurasani said.

Another constable Kamran was killed by TTP in Akhundkhel area of ​​Mirian district of Bannu Division this afternoon, he said.

Earlier, on August 4, Mujahideen of TTP ambushed an Army convoy in Auspass area of ​​Tiarza district of South Waziristan province, in which 6 soldiers were killed, Khurasani said in a statement.

The second attack was carried out 3 days ago in Khesura area of ​​the same district by using a mine in which one official was killed, he added.

On August 6, TTP Mujahideen attacked an Army post in Wachwam Spina Takka area of ​​Shawal district of South Waziristan province, killing one army officer and injuring another, the spokesman said.

A surveillance camera was also destroyed.

In the same district, a second attack was carried out this morning on a post in Kufa Khola Lara area in which a security camera was knocked down and there is a strong possibility of casualties too, Khurasani said.
