New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India jumped to 14,83,157, after 47,704 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to Union Health Ministry data.
Meanwhile, the death toll stands at 33,425 after 654 new fatalities were reported in the country during this period.
In terms of total number of cases, Maharashtra continues to be the worst affected state with 3,83,723 coronavirus cases followed by Tamil Nadu with 2,13,723 cases and Delhi with 1,31,219 cases.
