New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India has reached 27,67,273, after 64,531 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours, according to Union Health Ministry data.
Meanwhile, the death toll stands at 52,889 after 1,092 new fatalities were reported in the country during this period.
Maharashtra, with, 6,15,477 positive cases, remains the worst affected state in the country, followed by Tamil Nadu (3,49,654), Andhra Pradesh (3,06,261) and Delhi (1,54,741).
