New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed the 11.5 million-mark and currently stands at 11,514,331 after 39,726 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry data.

The country’s death toll stands at 1,59,370 after 154 new fatalities were reported during the same period.

Maharashtra remains the worst-affected state with 23,96,340 COVID-19 cases followed by Kerala with 10,98,291 and Karnataka with 9,65,102 positive cases.
