New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed the 11.7 million-mark and currently stands at 11,734,058 after 47,262 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry data.

The country’s death toll stands at 1,60,441 after 199 new fatalities were reported during the same period.

Maharashtra remains the worst-affected state with 25,33,026 COVID-19 cases followed by Kerala with 11,07,452 and Karnataka with 9,73,657 positive cases.
