New Delhi (NVI): In its latest counter offensive against illegal encroachment and plundering of resources by Pakistan, Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) fighters today targeted a vehicle of Pakistani army with IED in Margat area of Bolan district in Balochistan and afflicted heavy damage on “enemy forces”, the rebel outfit said in a statement today.

“The freedom fighters of Baloch Liberation Army today targeted a vehicle of Pakistani military in Margat, Bolan. In this IED attack, the enemy forces suffered significant losses,” BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in the statement issued today.

He further said that BLA will continue to target “enemy forces” until the liberation of Baloch land.

The attacks comes just days after BLA attacked coal mines in Zarghoon area of Quetta in Balochistan and personnel from Pakistani paramilitary force- Levies, guarding these mines.

In a statement issued on March 30, BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch had said that the Levies personnel fled from their base and that BLA fighters “confiscated” their weapons and equipment, after the attack.
