Jammu (NVI): A terrorist belonging to ‘Jammu and Kashmir Ghaznavi Force’ outfit has been arrested by National Investigation Agency (NIA) at Jammu airport, police said.
The terrorist has been identified as Shahid Naveed from Mendhar in Poonch district of Jammu.
In December last year, the India Army and J&K Police had foiled a major terror bid by arresting two terrorists from the same Ghaznavi Force outfit, in Mendhar. The two ultras were held with explosive material in Galhuta Harni area.
Earlier in the same month, two foreign terrorists of the same JK Ghaznavi Force were killed in an encounter on December 13 at Dogrian (Poonch) on Old Mughal Road.
