Srinagar (NVI): Two encounters broke out today between terrorists and security forces in Hadipora area of Shopian and Senthem in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Providing information about another encounter in Hadipora area, it stated in another tweet, “#HadiporaEncounterUpdate: Place of #encounter falls under the jurisdiction of District #Shopian. #Operation going on. Further details shall follow. @JmuKmrPolice.”

Two to three terrorists are said to be trapped at the Hadipora area, according to the police.
This is the third encounter in the last 24 hours in South Kashmir.
Yesterday, at least seven terrorists, including terror outfit Ansar Ghazwatul Hind chief Imtiaz Ahmad Shah, were gunned down by security forces in two encounters in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian and Pulwama districts.
