New Delhi: India registered 11,903 fresh Covid cases and 311 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 4,59,191.
The country’s active cases now stand at 1,51,209, which is the lowest in 252 days, the Ministry said.
Nearly 14,159 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of recoveries to 3,36,97,740, it said.
The vaccination figure has reached 1,07,29,66,315 across the country with inoculating 41,16,230 beneficiaries in the last 24 hours, the ministry said.
Yesterday, the country registered 10,423 Covid cases and 443 Covid deaths in 24 hours.
During the previous 24 hours, 12,514 new cases and 251 deaths were reported from across the country.
On Sunday, the country recorded 12,830 fresh Covid cases and 446 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day prior to that, 14,313 fresh COVID-19 cases and 549 fatalities were reported in 24 hours.
The country registered 14,348 fresh Covid cases and 805 fatalities, a day earlier.
On Thursday last, around 16,156 fresh Covid cases and 733 fatalities recorded across the country in 24 hours.
