New Delhi: Altogether 10,929 new Covid cases and 392 deaths were registered in India during the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said here today.
The active caseload stood at 1,46,950, the ministry said.
With the latest fatalities, the cumulative death toll due to Coronavirus has gone up to 4,60,265.
Yesterday, the government reported that 12,729 fresh Covid cases and 221 fatalities had been registered across the country in a span of 24 hours.
On Thursday, the government reported registration of 12,885 new Covid-19 cases and 461 deaths in 24 hours.
The country registered 11,903 fresh Covid cases and 311 fatalities, a day earlier.
At least 10,423 Covid cases and 443 Covid deaths in 24 hours, on Tuesday.
During the previous 24 hours, 12,514 new cases and 251 deaths were reported from across the country.
On Sunday, the country recorded 12,830 fresh Covid cases and 446 fatalities in 24 hours.
