Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) tonight said the “barbaric” Pakistan Army had brutally killed and mutilated 4 small girls in Sararogh region of South Waziristan, following which the Mujahideen attacked the “cruel” soldiers, killing 4 of them and critically wounding one.
Giving details of the “crimes against humanity by the Pakistan Army and counter-operations by the Mujahideen in the Sararogh region of South Waziristan,” TTP spokesman Muhammad Khurasani said these events occurred over the weekend.
He said military operations were carried out by the “mercenary thugs” (Army) in Dera Ismail Khan province of South Waziristan to target the TTP Mujahideen.
“When nothing happened, this cruel, barbaric and criminal army, like last time, once again brutally attacked the house of a local resident and beheaded his four daughters and burnt them alive,” Khurasani said.
Angered by this, 18 Mujahideen of the TTP carried out timely counter-attacks on the oppressive army, during which four soldiers were killed and one critically wounded, while the rest managed to escape, the spokesman said.
“We have repeatedly made it clear that this cruel and barbaric (Pakistan) Army, which considers itself to be the opponents of the ‘terrorists’, is cruel, barbaric and criminal that does not obey any law or rule of war or peace,” he said, adding that this was not acceptable to the TTP.
He declared that the TTP will continue its movement until it defeats the Pakistan Army, which he described as the “enemy of our religion Islam, honor and dignity.”
