Turbat (Pakistan-occupied Balochistan): Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) today said it killed 6 operatives of the occupying Pakistani army and injured 2 in an operation in Turbat, the main city of Kech district in Balochistan.
The operation was carried out following a secret tip-off of the BLA Intelligence Wing, the outfit’s spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.
According to the input, several operatives and informers of Pakistan Army were using an empty house as a hideout in Satellite Town area of Turbat city, he said.
“The said operatives were also seen coming and going to the occupation army camp and riding in enemy vehicles,” he said.
“The said officials were found to be involved in intelligence and anti-Baloch activities for the occupying Pakistani army in disguise, who were also providing shelter to the so-called death squad operatives,” the BLA spokesman said.
The commanders of Baloch Liberation Army raided the said hideout at around 12 o’clock last night and 6 enemy operatives were killed on the spot while two operatives were injured while trying to escape, including one seriously injured while present there, he said.
“A boy was not harmed by the Sarmachars due to his youth,” Jeeyand Baloch said.
The Baloch Liberation Army has warned the local contractors and hotel and house owners to avoid providing facilities to the occupying Pakistan Army, he said.
“We once again make it clear to the contractors, hotel owners and residential house owners that they will be responsible for their own personal and financial losses if they provide facilities to the agents of occupied Pakistan,” the BLA spokesman said.
