Srinagar, July 22 (NVI):- A youth from Sopore drowned in Lidder in Pahalgam area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday officials said.
Sources told News Vibes of India that a 21 year old male namely Basit Ahmad Bhat son of Gh Rasool Bhat R/o Sopore has drowned in Lidder near Langalbal Pahalgam while bathing.
They said that he was rescued by the NDRF team and was taken to the sub district hospital Pahalgam where he succumbed.
Meanwhile further proceedings in this regard have been taken up.(News Vibes of India)
