Srinagar, Aug 11 (NVI):- An exchange of gunfire between terrorists and security forces took place in Kishtwar district of Jammu Division, the police said today.
An official said the exchange of fire took place on Paddar Batam Bridge in the Kishtwar district during the night.
A search operation has been launched in the to hunt down the terrorists.
Additional forces have been rushed to the site to strengthen the search operation.

Meanwhile, the operation continues in Ahlan Kokernag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district where two soldiers were killed and 5 others, including 2 civilians, were injured. (NVI)
