Srinagar, Aug 27 (NVI): VDC members fired in air after noticing suspicious movement in Mehra village of Rajouri on Monday late night following which combing and search operation (CASO) was launched.
Official sources told News Vibes of India—(NVI) that in Mehra village of Rajouri, members of the Village Defence Committee (VDC) fired warning shots into the air after noticing suspicious movement in the area.
Following this, a search operation was initiated by security forces to investigate the situation,they said.
The operation is currently ongoing, with forces on high alert to prevent any potential threats.
