Srinagar, Sep 20 (NVI): A soldier was killed while six others suffered injuries in a road accident at Sukrala Mata Ashram on Billawar-Machaddi road in Kathua district of Jammu, officials said today.
An official told NVI that an accident took place near Sukrala Mata Ashram on Billawar – Machaddi Road, when one Army vehicle rolled down from the road leaving a solider dead and six others injured.
The body of the slain Soldier who was brought dead to the SDH Billawar, has been kept in the mortuary of the hospital.
After first aid, all the injured soldiers were shifted to Military Hospital Pathankot by army chopper. (News Vibes of India)
