Poonch, Sep 23 (NVI).: The LoC gate at Chakan-Da-Bagh was briefly opened this evening as the Indian Army handed over a Pakistani national who had been apprehended after crossing into Indian territory, officials said.
Official sources told News Vibes of India (NVI) that the Indian Army, this evening, handed over a Pakistani national who had been apprehended after crossing into Indian territory.
They said the person was identified as Hassam Shahzad (34), son of Shahzad Ahmed Khan, a resident of Tetrinote in POK.
They added that the PoK national was apprehended by the 11 Maratha Light Infantry of the Indian Army at Sarabjit Post on the night of 21-22 September 2024.
“The LoC gate at Chakan-Da-Bagh was closed at 5:30 PM after the official handover,” said the official. (News Vibes of india)
