Srinagar, Oct19(NVI): Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, condemned the terrorist attack that claimed the life of a non-local in Shopian district.
In a post on X, LG Sinha condemned the attack as an act of cowardice and expressed his solidarity with the grieving family.
“I strongly condemn the brutal killing of Ashok Chauhan, in Shopian by cowardly terrorists. The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with his family. Our security forces are determined to hunt down the culprits and bring them to justice,” he said.
“My thoughts are with his family members and friends in this time of grief. I have directed the Jammu Kashmir Police and District Administration to extend all the support,” he added. (News Vibes of India)
