Srinagar, Oct 19(NVI): Members of the Save Sharda Committee, led by its founder and head, Ravinder Pandita, met with Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State in the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), in New Delhi.

During the meeting, the committee presented a brochure outlining their Sharda Mission and raised several demands concerning the Sharda Temple at the LoC in Teetwal, Kashmir.

The key demands included sending a two-member fact-finding team to PoK to assess the condition of the Sharda Peeth, widening the Chamkote-Teetwal road, initiating land procurement with the Custodian General for the construction of a Yatri Niwas, installing a full-body scanner, expediting the tendering process for the Sadhna Tunnel, and establishing a bus service from Srinagar to Teetwal.
