Quetta, July 28 (NVI) Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) tonight claimed to have killed 3 agents of the occupying Pakistani military in Balochistan.
Baloch Liberation Army freedom fighters neutralized Naveed Sumalani, an agent of occupying Pakistani army, in an armed attack near Darbar Hotel in Mach last night, its spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.
The said agent was an operative of the so-called death squad formed by the occupying Pakistani army and its intelligence agencies, he said.
“Naveed was leading a gang of agents in which young boys were used,” the spokesman said and warned “Other people associated with this network should give up this practice or else they will be our targets.”
Jeeyand Baloch said Naveed Sumalani was found to be directly involved in facilitating occupying army in raids on houses, humiliating women and elders and forcibly disappearing youth in Mach city.
He was also involved in collecting extortion money from vehicles for occupying Pakistani army by setting up roadblocks in Mach, the spokesman said.
In another operation, Baloch Liberation Army freedom fighters neutralized Ameer Das, an agent of Military Intelligence (MI) of occupying Pakistani army, in an armed attack near Burma Hotel in Quetta last night, he said.
The said agent was working for occupying army and intelligence agencies in disguise, Jeeyand Baloch said.
The BLA also executed another agent, Ghulam, who had been ‘arrested’ by its fighters recently, following which he confessed to his actions against the freedom-seeking people of Balochistan.
Ghulam Abdullah was held from Hoshab during an operation, the spokesman said.
“During interrogation, Ghulam Abdullah confessed that he was an agent of so-called death squad formed by occupying Pakistani army and its intelligence agencies and had been on parole under the patronage of Akhtar Saeed,” Jeeyand Baloch said.
“Ghulam Abdullah admitted that he was directly involved in the aggression of occupying forces in Balgatar, Kolwah and Hoshab as a facilitator,” he said.
He further admitted that he participated in the attack on the freedom fighters in Balgatar where a freedom fighter was martyred during the clash, Jeeyand said.
Additionally, he admitted that they targeted two civilians who were riding on a motorcycle in the Jerik area of Kolwah, the spokesman said.
“The enemy agent revealed that Military Intelligence (MI) provided a list of 35 people and pistols for target killing to the so-called death squad headed by Akhtar Saeed in Hoshab Bazar and its surroundings,” the spokesman said.
“Ghulam Abdullah was sentenced to death by Baloch National Court and executed by freedom fighters for committing national crimes,” Jeeyand Baloch said. (NVI)
