Samba (Jammu), Jan 10 (NVI): Pakistan continues to indulge in brazen and nefarious anti-India activities as it used a drone to deliver a consignment of weapons here which was confiscated before it could reach the intended proxies of the neighbouring country.
The Pakistan drone crossed the International Border (IB) and dropped a yellow coloured packet in Palura village of Samba district in Jammu, according to police.
After dropping the package, the drone returned to the Pakistan side, the police said.
It said it received information through reliable sources that one suspected Pakistani drone coming from across the International Border has dropped one packet at Palura village.
On examination, police found the packet containing one two pistols, along with magazines and 16 bullets, and a Chinese grenade.
Investigation has been launched to find out who was to receive the arms and ammunition and for what purpose.
But it is evident that the arms and ammunition were meant for some anti-India and subversive activities. (NVI)
