Jammu, Mar 23 (NVI): Appointment letters were on Monday handed over to the families of terror victims and next of kin (NoKs) of government employees who lost their lives in the line of duty in Jammu and Kashmir.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid rich tributes to all terror victims and extended his congratulations to the beneficiary families, expressing hope that the initiative would help them begin a new chapter in their lives.
He said Jammu and Kashmir is at a turning point, with the youth and families affected by terrorism aspiring for a brighter and more secure future.
The Lieutenant Governor emphasized that it is a collective responsibility to ensure such families are provided with meaningful opportunities and support, enabling them to rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.(NVI)
