Srinagar, Mar 30 (NVI): A soldier sustained injuries after an accidental discharge from INSAS rifle while deboarding from a convoy in Srinagar on Monday, officials said.
The injured personnel, identified as Lance Naik was part of a convoy that had arrived from Udhampur and was deboarding at the R Centre here when the incident occurred at around This evening.
He was immediately shifted to Base Camp, Badambagh, for medical treatment, they said.
