Budgam, Sept 29 (NVI): An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Gurwatkalan area of Budgam district on Tuesday evening, officials said.
The operation was launched after security forces established contact with the terrorists in the area. Personnel of 53 Rashtriya Rifles along with other security forces are engaged in the operation, officials said.
