Rajouri, Oct 20 (NVI): A grenade was recovered from the Kallar Chattiyar area of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, officials said.
Officials said the recovery was reported from the Kallar Chattiyar area, prompting attention towards the circumstances under which the explosive device was found. However, the exact location of the recovery, the condition of the grenade and the circumstances leading to its detection were not immediately known.
It was not immediately clear whether the concerned authorities had initiated any further action following the recovery or whether any security measures had been put in place in the area.
