Rajouri, Nov 2 (NVI): A casual porter was injured in an accidental explosion of an anti-personnel mine in the forward area along the Line of Control (LoC) in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district on Monday, officials said.
The porter sustained injuries to his right foot when an NMM-14 anti-personnel mine exploded near a forward post in the Kalsian area along the LoC.
The injured person was subsequently shifted to the Advance Dressing Station (ADS) in Nowshera for medical treatment, officials said.—(NVI)
