New Delhi (NVI): A day after the National Capital region received some showers, the overall air quality has improved a notch from “poor” to “satisfactory” category, with the AQI level settling at 65.
According to the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting and Research (SAFAR), the PM 2.5 at Pusa Road was 50 while PM 10 was 54. Similarly, PM 2.5 level at Lodhi Road stood at 61 .
SAFAR, forecast suggests that the AQI is likely to deteriorate marginally to higher end to “Moderate” category today. It has further forecast deterioration of the AQI to the “poor” category tomorrow.
The fire counts as on November 28 as per SAFAR multi-satellite product estimate is 77 only. The stubble transport-level winds are easterly. No significant stubble impact is expecting in Delhi for tomorrow.
