Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Army have recovered arms and ammunition during a search operation in Kralpora area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district, official sources said.
The sources told News Vibes of India (NVI) the search operation was conducted in Dardpora forest Area by a joint team of SOG Kralpora, JK Police Kralpora and the Army, following specific inputs.
The arms and ammunition recovered included one Pistol along with 3 magazines and 13 rounds of fire, 8 magazines of AK assault rifle, 400 rounds of ammunition of AK rifle, and a hand grenade.
They said police have taken cognizance and started investigation. (NVI)
