Srinagar, Aug 18 (NVI):- Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh recently made significant remarks during a BJP meeting concerning the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections.
He emphasized that the BJP is always prepared for elections, stating, BJP is ready for the elections 24X7. Now, as the elections have been announced, there is a system through which we organize meetings and discussions.
Dr. Singh also addressed former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s comments on the abrogation of Article 370. He reiterated the BJP’s firm stance on the matter, saying, “BJP’s stand on this issue is clear. From the start, we were in favour of the abrogation of Article 370. And we did that as we got the majority, Congress leaders should be thankful to BJP because we did what they were not able to do.”
