Srinagar, July 16(NVI): The body of a man, who had jumped from Zaina kadal Bridge into the river Jhelum, was retrieved after two days this morning in Nawa kadal area of Srinagar on Tuesday afternoon.
Sources told News Vibes of India—(NVI) said that the body of Showkat Ali Bhat, son of Ghulam Hussain Bhat, a resident of Shallabagh Zadibal, who jumped into river Jehlum on 14th July has been retrieved.
They said that the body was found by SDRF, River police after hectic efforts for the last two days.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and body has been shifted to hospital for medicolegal formalities. (News Vibes of India)
