New Delhi: Over 52.37 crore COVID vaccine doses have been provided to the states and Union Territories so far and nearly nine lakh doses are in the pipeline, the Union Health Ministry said today.
More than 2.42 Cr (2,42,87,160) balance and unutilized doses are still available with States/UTs and private hospitals to be administered, the Ministry said in a statement.
About 52,37,50,890 vaccine doses have been provided to States/UTs so far, through all sources and a further 8,99,260 doses are in the pipeline.
Of this, the total consumption including wastages is 50,32,77,942 doses (as per data available at 8 AM today), it said.
