New Delhi (NVI): More than 28.9 million people around the world have been diagnosed with the coronavirus and more than 922,000 have died, according to Johns Hopkins University. About 19.5 million people have recovered.

In the US, the number of coronavirus infections have surpassed 6.5 million while the number of fatalities is nearing 2 lakh in the country.

Brazil’s coronavirus cases climbed past 4.75 million while the number of deaths have exceeded 1,31,000.
