New Delhi: India witnessed a single-day rise of 376 Covid cases, with 3,303 cases being registered in the last 24 hours, against 2,927 during the same duration the previous day.
According to the Health Ministry, the country registered 39 fatalities in the last 24 hours.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 5,23,693 and the country’s active cases stand at 16,980.
Nearly 2,563 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative recoveries to 4,25,28,126, it said.

The country’s daily positivity rate now stands at 0.66% and weekly positivity rate at 0.61%.
Yesterday, the country registered 2,927 fresh Covid cases and 32 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day earlier, the country registered 2,483 new Covid cases and 1399 fatalities in 24 hours.
On Monday morning, the country registered 2,541 fresh Covid cases and 30 fatalities in 24 hours.

A day prior to that, the country registered 2,593 fresh Covid cases and 44 fatalities in 24 hours.
The country registered 2,527 new cases a day before within 24 hours.
On Friday morning, the country registered 2,451 fresh Covid cases and 54 fatalities in 24 hours.
