New Delhi: India registered 3,993 fresh Covid cases and 108 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll due to the Covid pandemic has reached 5,15,210.
The active cases across the country stand at 0.12%, taking the total active caseload to 49,948.
Nearly 8,055 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative recoveries to 4,24,06,150.
The country’s daily positivity rate stands at 0.46% and weekly positivity rate at 0.68%.
The country conducted 77.43 crore total Covid tests so far including 8,73,395 tests conducted in the last 24 hours.
