CRPF Personnel dies after complaining of Chest Pain in Handwara

SRINAGAR, Aug 28 (NVI) : A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel died after complaining of chest pain at North Kashmir’s Handwara, here on Wednesday, officials said.

An official told News Vibes of India—(NVI) that the incident happened in the District Police Lines in Handwara when the CRPF man complained of uneasiness in the chest and then collapsed.

He added that the CRPF man was immediately taken to the District Hospital Handwara, from where he was later referred to SKIMS, Soura for advanced treatment, where he succumbed.

He added that the CRPF personnel was identified as Dharmendra Singh (42), and the police have taken up the investigation.—(NVI)
