Jammu, Jan 09(NVI): National Conference (NC) president Dr. Farooq Abdullah today called for a practical and constructive approach in addressing the challenges facing Jammu and Kashmir, stressing that mere political confrontations with the central government will not yield solutions to J&K’s issues.
“We are not aligned with the BJP, but the reality is that they are in power at the Centre. Engaging in continuous battles with Delhi will not resolve the problems that affect our people. The focus should be on finding real solutions to the people’s issues, not on political conflict,” Dr. Abdullah said.
His statement encourages political leaders to prioritize the needs of the people over ideological differences. “Those who wish to engage in a struggle with Delhi are welcome to do so, but our priority should always be to work within the system to address the everyday challenges our people face,” he added.
Dr. Abdullah’s call for unity and practical governance underscores the importance of working together to overcome the socio-economic challenges in the region, rather than allowing political divisions to impede progress. His focus on pragmatic solutions highlights the need for leaders to keep the well-being of the people at the forefront. (News Vibes of India)
