Four Terrorist Associates of Jaish-e-Mohammad Arrested in Tral : Police

Srinagar, Jan 01 ( NVI:)Security forces have arrested four terrorist associates linked to the proscribed militant group Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) in Tral, South Kashmir.

In a statement issued by the police, the arrested individuals have been identified as Mudasir Ahmad Naik, Umar Nazir Sheikh, Inayat Firdous Rather, and Salman Nazir Lone, all residents of Tral.

The police said incriminating materials were seized from their possession, and the individuals were involved in providing logistical support and facilitating the transportation of arms and ammunition to active JeM terrorists in the Tral and Awantipora areas.

A case has been registered at Police Station Tral under relevant sections of the law, and further investigations are ongoing. The arrests come as part of continued efforts by security forces to curb terrorism and maintain peace in the Pulwama district.  (News Vibes of India)
