Goa to host 52nd edition of IFFI from 20-28 November this year

New Delhi. Goa will host the next edition of International Film Festival of India (IFFI) from 20 to 28 November 2021. Shri Prakash Javedkar, Minister of Information and Broadcasting today released regulations and poster for this prestigious event being  held for the 52nd time.

One of Asia’s oldest and India’s biggest international film festivals, the next edition of the IFFI will be held in a hybrid format taking into consideration the success of the previous edition of the event held in January 2021, an official release said.

The call for entries for participation in the competitive section of the next edition of this festival will remain open till August 31.

To mark birth centenary of the maestro of Indian cinema Satyjit Ray, Directorate of Film Festivals, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting  on this occasion will pay a tribute through a Special Retrospective at the IFFI.
