The total number of active cases now stands at 37,36,648 and the cumulative death toll is 2,42,362.
Yesterday, 4,01,078 single-day positive cases were reported against 4,14,188 the previous day.
The single day death toll reported yesterday was 4,187 against 3,915 recorded during the previous 24 hours.
The count of 4,14,188 single-day day cases is the biggest so far.
