New Delhi: India reported 91,702 new COVID-19 cases and 3,403 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this increase, the total death toll has gone up to 3,63,079 while the cumulative active cases are 11,21,671.
Yesterday, the country reported a big jump in single-day deaths due to coronavirus, with 6148 fatalities being recorded a span of 24 hours.
On Wednesday, the country had reported 2219 deaths in 24 hours.
Yesterday, 94,052 new COVID-19 cases were recorded in 24 hours.
On Wednesday, the count of single day cases was 92,596.
On Tuesday, the country reported 86,498 new corona cases and 2123 deaths in a period of 24 hours.
On Monday, the country’s reported single day cases were 1,00,636 and the deaths were 2427.
On Sunday, 1,14,460 new single day cases were recorded in the country along with 2677 deaths.
On Saturday last, the country reported 1,20,529 new Covid-19 cases and 3,380 deaths in a span of 24 hours.
On Friday, India reported 1,32,364 new COVID-19 cases and 2713 deaths in a period of 24 hours.
On Thursday, the country recorded 1,34,154 Covid-19 cases and 2,887 deaths in a span of 24 hours.
On Wednesday last, the country reported 1,32,788 new Covid-19 cases and 3,207 deaths in 24 hours.
