New Delhi: India recorded 28,204 new Covid cases in the last 24 hours, which is the lowest in 147 days, the Union Health Ministry said today.
The country’s active caseload currently is 3,88,508, which is the lowest in 139 days, it said.
The country now has the highest ever recovery rate of 97.45 percent, it said, adding that 41,511 patients recovered during last the 24 hours.
There have been 3,11,80,968 total recoveries across the country so far, it said.
The weekly positivity rate currently is at 2.36 percent while the daily positivity rate at 1.87 percent.
