New Delhi: India registered 7,447 fresh Covid cases and 391 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 4,76,869 while the country’s active cases now stand at 86,415.
Around 7,886 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative tally of recovered patients to 3,41,62,765.
The vaccination figure has reached 1,35,99,96,267 across the country with inoculating 70,46,805 beneficiaries in the last 24 hours, the ministry said.
Yesterday, the country reported 7,974 new cases in 24 hours.
During the previous 24 hours, the country reported 6,984 fresh Covid cases and 247 deaths.
The country reported 5,784 fresh single-day Covid cases and 252 deaths in 24 hours, a day earlier.
A day prior to that, 7,350 new cases in 24 hours.
On Sunday, the country reported 7,774 fresh COVID-19 cases and 306 fatalities in 24 hours.
