New Delhi: India registered 796 fresh Covid cases and 19 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 5,21,710 while the country’s active cases has declined to 10,889.
Nearly 946 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative recoveries to 4,25,04,329, it said.
The country’s daily positivity rate now stands at 0.20% and weekly positivity rate at 0.24%.
Yesterday, the country registered 861 fresh Covid cases and six fatalities in 24 hours.
On Sunday morning, the country registered 1,054 fresh Covid cases and 29 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day prior to that, the country registered 1,150 fresh Covid cases and 83 fatalities in 24 hours.
The country registered 1,109 fresh Covid cases and 43 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day earlier, the country registered 1,033 fresh Covid cases and 43 fatalities during the previous 24 hours.
