New Delhi: India registered 8,318 fresh Covid cases and 465 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 4,67,933 while the country’s active cases now stand at 1,07,019, the lowest in 541 days.
Nearly 10,967 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative tally of recovered patients to 3,39,88,797.
The tally of vaccination has reached 1,21,06,58,262 with 73,58,017 people being inoculated in the last 24 hours.
Yesterday, the country reported 10,549 fresh Covid cases and 488 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day prior to that, 9,119 fresh COVID-19 cases and 396 fatalities were reported in 24 hours.
On Wednesday, the country reported 9,283 fresh Covid cases in 24 hours.
Nearly 7,579 fresh Covid cases and 236 fatalities were reported from across the country on Tuesday.
The country registered 8,488 fresh Covid cases and 249 deaths in 24 hours, a day earlier.
During the previous 24 hours, 10,488 new cases and 313 deaths were reported from across the country.
