New Delhi: India registered 8,603 fresh Covid cases and 415 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 4,70,530 while the country’s active cases now stand at 99,974.
Around 8,190 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative tally of recovered patients to 3,40,53,856.
The vaccination figure has reached 1,26,53,44,975 across the country with inoculating 73,63,706 beneficiaries in the last 24 hours, the ministry said.
Yesterday, the country reported 9,216 fresh Covid cases and 391 fatalities in 24 hours.
The country reported 9,765 fresh Covid cases and 477 deaths in 24 hours, a day earlier.
During the previous 24 hours, 8,954 new cases and 267 deaths were reported from across the country.
A day prior to that, 6,990 fresh COVID-19 cases and 190 fatalities were reported in 24 hours.
On Monday last, the country reported 8,309 fresh Covid cases and 236 fatalities in 24 hours.
Nearly 8,774 fresh Covid cases and 621 fatalities were reported from across the country on Sunday last.
