New Delhi, Sep 29 (NVI) : Lieutenant General Joel B Vowell, Deputy Commanding General of the US Army Pacific (USARPAC), met Chief of Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth here on Monday and discussed the evolving security landscape in the Indo-Pacific region, the Army said.
The two military leaders also explored opportunities to further strengthen bilateral defence engagement across multiple domains, it said.
The interaction focused on enhancing interoperability between the two armies through joint training and military exercises.
The Army said the successful outcome of Exercise Yudh Abhyas had demonstrated the seamless synergy in joint operations and reaffirmed the commitment of both armies towards strengthening military-to-military cooperation.—(NVI)
