New Delhi: India recorded 30,093 fresh COVID-19 cases and 374 deaths in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this increase, the total number of active coronavirus cases in the country has gone up to 4,06,130 while the cumulative death toll has reached 4,14,482.
Nearly 45,254 patients have recovered in the last 24 hrs, taking the total number of recoveries to 3,03,53,710, the Health Ministry said.
On Monday, the country recorded 38,164 COVID-19 cases and 499 deaths in 24 hours.
On Sunday, the country recorded 41,157 COVID-19 cases and 518 deaths in 24 hours.
On Saturday last, the country recorded 38,079 COVID-19 cases and 560 deaths in 24 hours.
On Friday last, the country recorded 38,949 COVID-19 cases and 542 deaths in 24 hours.
On Thursday, the country recorded 41,806 COVID-19 cases and 581 deaths in 24 hours.
On Wednesday, the country recorded 38,792 COVID-19 cases and 624 deaths in 24 hours.
On Tuesday, the country reported 31,443 COVID-19 cases, the lowest in 118 days.
